Booking Policy
1.Class times are decided by the student and the teacher.
2. The first part of lessons will be dedicated to evaluate the level of the student, the objectives of the course, the expected progression and the method that will best suit the student.
3. The student decides the content of the classes. Make sure to let your instructor know of your class content requirements in advance to ensure the best preparation.
4. All classes must be used within the expiration period.
5. We require a cancellation notice of at least 12 hours prior to the scheduled class in order to avoid class forfeiture.
6. We have a No Show policy. If you are registered for a class and do not show up, this is considered a No Show and will result in class forfeiture.
7. No refunds will be given for private classes, but the amount corresponding of the remaining hours may be transferred as a credit valid 1 year (from the date of purchase of the private classes) upon agreement to be used towards the purchase of group or private sessions.
